We want you to love everything you ordered! If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. All returned items must be in their original condition with packaging intact.
How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please visit our Returns Center at frankesbikinis.com/returns. You’ll need your order number and email address. After completing the online return process, you’ll receive a prepaid return shipping label via email. Package your items securely, attach the label, and drop off at any authorized shipping location.
Exchanges
For exchanges, we recommend returning the original items for a refund and placing a new order for your desired styles or sizes. This ensures you receive your new items quickly, as exchange processing may take longer due to inventory availability.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5-10 business days. You’ll receive email confirmation when your refund is issued. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account based on your financial institution’s processing times. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or defective merchandise. Return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund amount for standard returns.
Final Sale Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
- Worn, washed, or damaged merchandise
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Products purchased more than 30 days ago
- Swimwear bottoms for hygiene reasons
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our Customer Care team within 7 days of delivery. We’ll cover all return shipping costs and expedite a replacement or full refund, including original shipping charges.
International Returns
International customers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, and return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service with insurance, as we cannot be responsible for return packages lost in transit.
Store Credit Option
For faster processing, you may choose to receive store credit instead of a refund to your original payment method. Store credit is issued immediately upon return approval and never expires.

You can check the status of your return anytime through your account on our website or using the return tracking number provided in your return confirmation email.
